Jett & the Phat noiZ Blues Band ~ Milk & Cookies
2006
IBC finalists Alvin Jett & the Phat noiZ Blues
Band’s second CD, Milk & Cookies, will be
released in July. Their first release, Wet My Beak,
reached the finals of the Blues Foundation’s
Best Self-Produced CD. A CD release party is planned
for Friday, July 28 at BB’s Jazz Blues &
Soups in St. Louis.

Jett & the Phat noiZ Blues Band will be featured
on the House of Blues Radio Hour with Elwood Blues (a.k.a.
Dan Aykroyd) dedicated to the International Blues Challenge.
The nationally syndicated program available in over
180 markets will air on the weekend of January 21 and

Jett & the Phat noiZ Blues Band have progressed
to the final four of the Blues Foundation's Best Self-Produced
CD contest. The winner will be announced on Saturday,
January 29, 2006 at the International Blues Competition
in Memphis Tennessee. The remaining four acts in the
contest are as follows:

Jersey Shore Jazz and Blues Foundation—Back
in Bluesville: Roxy Perry

MO Blues Association—Wet
My Beak: Alvin Jett and the Phat Noiz Blues Band

Jett & the Phat noiZ Blues Band will also be performing
on the Best of The STL on City TV-10 on January 11,
2006 at 7:30 pm.

to the semi-finals of the International Blues Competition
in Memphis, Tennessee on January 26-28, 2006 by winning
the MO Blues Association Blues Blast competition held
on October 16, 2005 at Mojo's in Columbia, Missouri.
